What engines can I get for the 2022 Ram 1500?
Power is what Ram is known for, and all of the engines from last year's version return, which should make Ram fans happy! The Ram 1500 also has a diesel engine, a solid 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 that pumps out 260 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. Last up is the engine available for the fantastic TRX trim. It uses a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 that pumps out a pavement-pounding 702 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. All of these immaculate engines pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and you can tow as much as 12,750 pounds with a payload capacity of 2,300 pounds.
