What's the engine for Grand Wagoneer?
When you lift the hood of the Grand Wagoneer, you will be greeted by a 6.4-liter V8 that pumps out a spectacular 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque. While we expect there will be more engine options for the Grand Wagoneer in the future, such as a hybrid or a diesel-powered engine, but when the Grand Wagoneer launches, all models will come with this amazing engine. Also available is a Class IV towing hitch, which will improve the towing ability of the Grand Wagoneer. You also get a standard adjustable air suspension which will automatically raise and lower the ride height depending on the driving situation. Also coming standard is Jeeps wonderful Selec-Terrain System which provides you with better ride comfort and capability.
Can you talk about the Grand Wagoneers tech?
We certainly can! In the front row of the Grand Wagoneer, you get a total of 44 inches of total screen space, which includes a 12-inch digital cluster display, a 12-inch center touchscreen, a 10-inch lower touchscreen, and a 10.25-inch front passenger screen. The front passenger can even check for directions which can then be sent to the driver. You also have the option of a McIntosh stereo which provides you with 23 speakers and an incredible 1,375 watts of power. Additionally, the Grand Wagoneer also comes with a hands-free active driving assist, which comes later in the model year. For entertainment, the Grand Wagoneer comes with a Uconnect5 system that brings you speeds up to five times faster than the previous version and functions as a slick mobile device. It also comes with over-the-air updates for firmware and maps, Amazon Alexa integration, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is an available dual-entertainment display and a central touchscreen for the rear seats when you move to the back seat.
What does the Grand Wagoneer's interior look like?
Each version of the Grand Wagoneer comes with a long and wide dashboard and has premium materials made from wood and aluminum. There is a lot of eye-catching detail to behold with the Grand Wagoneer, including rear air vents and a metal rotary shifter. The seats come decked out in all-leather and provide diamond-pattern stitching and perforation. This premium leather extends to the doors, dashboard, and all the buttons and controls. There are two different seating configurations as drivers can select between a bench or captain's chairs in the center row, which means that the Grand Wagoneer can hold seven or eight passengers. You also get standard four-zone climate control and front seats with 24-way adjustability, massage functions, and heating and ventilation.
