2021 Jeep Renegade Power & Handling
While we know that there are many different important factors that go into a vehicle, none of them might have as much of an impact as the engine that you can find under the hood. The Renegade surprises by offering two impressive engines that both work hard to get you the capability you need. Both engines get a nine-speed automatic transmission, and you can even find four-wheel drive. The base engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder, which can create 175 pound-feet of torque and 180 horsepower. The other engine, found with the Limited trim, is a 1.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder, which can offer you 210 pound-feet of torque and 177 horsepower.
2021 Chevy Trax Power & Handling
Unlike the Renegade, which gets you two available engines, only one engine is found with the 2021 Trax. This engine comes standard with a six-speed automatic transmission, and either front- or all-wheel drive. The engine itself is a turbocharged 1.4-liter 4-cylinder, which is able to get you 138 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque. This is a weak engine, and we don’t recommend taking this SUV off-roading.
2021 Jeep Renegade Features & Design
You’ve seen the power you can get from the Renegade, now is the time to figure out what kind of features you can experience. Some of the standard ones here include a six-speaker sound system, air conditioning, a removable cargo floor panel, heated and power-adjustable mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, height-adjustable driver’s seat, and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel. Available features include heated front seats, leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a navigation system, front and rear tow hooks, adaptive cruise control, hill descent control, and keyless ignition and entry.
2021 Chevy Trax Features & Design
The last thing we’re looking at for the Trax is what kind of trims and features you’ll be able to find. We’re sorry to say that there are only two trim levels available. The base trim, LS, comes with single-zone air conditioning, 60/40-split/fold rear seats, a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, 4G LTE Wi-Fi, and Android Auto. The other available trim is LT, which comes with tinted rear windows, cruise control, cloth and leatherette upholstery, remote start, and LED daytime running lights.
